Lock Flow Class

Tuesday night the teens and adults worked on a lock flow to help with mastery of the essential methods of locking the wrist, fingers, and shoulder. Great job everyone!!!
In a future class we'll study elbow locks and I also have a special lesson planned on ankle and knee locks.
