5th Degree Black Belt

A few days ago I returned from a 3 day trip to Syracuse, NY where I was tested for and promoted to 5th Degree Black Belt by Grandmasters Greg Silva and Diego Perez.  I received a beautiful certificate designed by Ed Parker Jr. whose father was the found of our martial arts system.  The test was very challenging and I feel a great sense of accomplishment for surviving it!  The graduation ceremony held the day after the test was amazing.  It was an honor to be a part of it.  You can view my demonstration from the graduation on the video page.  I performed Form 7 set to music.
